WPP'S GTB TAKES THE LEAD FOR CHANGE IN MICHIGAN ADVERTISING

Since the passing of George Floyd the big advertising networks made a commitment to change and the infusion of a more diverse workforce in advertising, changing the numbers from 7.8% to 13% which represents the national quota of black people in America. WPP's commitment for change has been reinstated at its' agencies, one of which is GTB which has committed to pushing the initiative further. It starts with a beyond Black History month event/ Job fair while infusing more diversity into it's workforce. This event tends to share more light on a new frontier.
